Nature Programs
The Friends of Schmeeckle sponsor family-friendly nature programs every fall and spring. The programs feature a variety of interesting nature topics related to central Wisconsin, including animals, plants, trees, fungi, habitats, lakes and streams, geology, stars, and more. All programs include hands-on activities for all ages. Programs are presented by UW-Stevens Point students studying environmental education and interpretation.
Your membership makes these programs possible. The Friends group is proud to sponsor these programs so that they are free for everyone to attend.
For more information and to sign up for a program, view the Programs and Events Calendar.
