Happy Earth Day!!! 🌎🌲

Schmeeckle was honored to begin Earth Week celebrations by planting 400 tree and shrub saplings with volunteers and staff. Thank you to all of the Friends members, @UWSP Society for Ecological Restoration students, and others who made this event a success! And a special thank you to UW-Stevens Point Office of Admissions and Recruitment for supporting the purchase of saplings in honor of the first-year incoming class of 2024. Take a walk to celebrate the day and see the new additions along the Green Circle Trail near Chilla Woodlot and the western and southwestern portions of the Lake Loop Trail!
